Polo Rd. Garage is a five-story parking and mixed-use facility located at
322 Polo Rd.,
between Lot 50 and the Emerging Technologies Building.
Parking Information
Visitor parking is available in PRG at the hourly parking rate.
Permit parking is available for students, faculty, staff.
Building Amenities
The facility includes 1,680 parking spaces for use by students, faculty, staff and visitors campus,
and 70,400 square feet of building space housing campus services and amenities.

Century Square has a number of food options and is located across University Drive from the Polo Rd. Garage.
Starbucks is located on the northwest corner of Zachry Engineering Education Complex.
Project Background
The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents approved of a plan in January 2019 to construct a five-story parking garage and facility on the north side of campus.
Construction for the $78.4 million Polo Rd. Garage Project (PRG) began March 2019.
The garage opened to vehicle parking on August 15, 2020, and the building opened in spring 2021.
