RV Nightly & Event Parking

Reserve nightly RV parking or RV parking for events other than football.

RV Facilities

Transportation Services offers nightly RV parking in E.D. Olsen, Penberthy, Lot 58 and Equine Complex RV parks. Paid Visitor Parking is available near each RV park.

Reservations for Olsen Pavilion are also available.

Olsen RV Lot

Located on Olsen Blvd. by Blue Bell Park and Reed Arena. more

    Daily $40/night
    Reservations made within 24 hours of check-in$50/night

  • Event Price

    Baseball $40/night (3 night minimum)
    Graduation $50/night
    Family Weekend $100/weekend (Friday & Saturday night)
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the first day of the reservation to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed only after both the RV and Tow Vehicle permits are received at the Transportation Services Special Events office.

  • Amenities

    30 & 50 amp and 110 volt service, water and sewer hook-up at each space, adjacent to Olsen Park (pavilion rental separate), newly-renovated, close to Kyle Field.

Check-in/out Policy

Arrival (For Olsen, Penberthy, Equine Complex and Lot 58)

Check-in time at RV Parks is 2:00pm.

Please display your permit at all times and park in designated area. Recreational vehicles found in any RV lot prior to check-in time without advance notice or reservation confirmation will be charged $75.00.


Departure

Checkout time at all RV Parks is 12:00pm (noon).

Please dispose of all trash and refuse in receptacles provided at the parks. Recreational vehicles found in any RV lot after checkout time without advance notice or reservation confirmation will be charged $75.00.

Additional info and links

  • All permits will be mailed to the address provided by the purchaser.
  • The cost includes an additional parking permit for a tow vehicle.
  • RV spaces are for RVs ONLY. No other types of vehicles permitted.
  • RV and additional property (i.e., BBQ pits, chairs, tables, etc) must be confined to the mapped off RV space unless on the grassy areas reserved for these items.
