Parking Permit Registration for
Vendors, Contractors & Service Providers

Which parking lots will be available to you as an off-campus affiliate depends largely upon what type of business you conduct on campus.

Vendor Permits


Vendor permits are sold to employees of companies selling products and services to departments or individuals on campus. Faculty, staff and students are not eligible for Vendor Permits.

  • Vendor – allows access to the appropriate lots. The cost of this permit is $402 each (plus tax)
  • Vendor+ – allows access to the same lots as the Vendor Permit PLUS it grants access to garages on campus. The cost of this permit is $754 each (plus tax). NOTE: Northside Garage and University Center Garage permit holders are required to park in an unnumbered space ABOVE the second level gates.

Vendor Permits are valid in the areas highlighted on the Vendor/Service Parking Map.

Contractor Permits


Construction/Contractor permits are sold to companies contracted by the university to complete construction projects on campus. These permits are valid in the areas highlighted on the Contractor Map and specifically do not include service spaces or loading spaces.

  • Contractor – allows access to various surface lots (see map below). The cost of this permit is $402 each (plus tax)
  • Contractor+ – allows access to the same lots as the Service Permit PLUS it grants access to garages on campus. The cost of this permit is $754 each (plus tax). NOTE: Northside Garage and University Center Garage permit holders are required to park in an unnumbered space ABOVE the second level gates.

Service Permits


Service permits are sold to companies contracted by the university to work on equipment or facilities on campus. Faculty, staff and students are not eligible for Service Permits.

  • Service – allows access to various surface lots (see map below). The cost of this permit is $402 each (plus tax)
  • Service+ – allows access to the same lots as the Service Permit PLUS it grants access to garages on campus. The cost of this permit is $754 each (plus tax). NOTE: Northside Garage and University Center Garage permit holders are required to park in an unnumbered space ABOVE the second level gates.

Services Permits are valid in the areas highlighted on the Service Parking Map which also include:

  • Service spaces
  • Loading zones for 15 minutes only

Maintenance Permits


Maintenance permits authorize additional parking access for university employees that service facilities and/or equipment on campus. The Maintenance permit must be used in conjunction with a valid Texas A&M parking permit.

  • Maintenance – allows access to various surface lots (see map below). The cost of this permit is $50 each (plus tax)
  • Maintenance+ – allows access to the same lots as the Service Permit PLUS it grants access to garages on campus. The cost of this permit is $174 each (plus tax). NOTE: Northside Garage and University Center Garage permit holders are required to park in an unnumbered space ABOVE the second level gates.

Parking is authorized in the areas indicated on the Maintenance Parking Map.
