Micromobility Frequently Asked Questions

Micromobility is defined as lightweight vehicles such as bicycles, scooters, boards, etc. with drive systems which may be electric only, electric assist, or analog.

You can find information about bike lanes, bike racks and maintenance locations on campus by visiting our Bike Map.

All micromobility must be physically locked to a bike rack on campus. For a map of rack locations, please visit our Bike Map.

If you cannot find your bike in any bike rack, please email us at bikes@tamu.edu with a description of your micromobility, where and when you last saw it, so we can check our impound.

We offer free guidance and assistance at The HUB for Texas A&M university affiliates. We do not sell or provide parts, but we have the knowledge required to do simple repairs. Please email bikes@tamu.edu to schedule an appointment for service.

Texas A&M affiliates can use our borrow a bike program for short term 24-hour periods or take advantage of our Bike Lease program to lease a bike per semester. Affiliates and Non-affiliates can download the VEO app to take advantage of the bike share program.
